An assortment of different prepared vegetables with meat (beef or chicken) or tofu surrounding a mound of steamed white rice. Topped with an egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds and seaweed shreds. Served with gochujang (Korean chili paste) and banchan. Prepared vegetables may include green onion, onion, sesame oil.
Vegetables may include any of: Korean radish, cabbage, carrot, zucchini, beansprouts, sweet potato stems, asparagus, shiitake mushrooms, bellflower root, fern sprouts, taro stems, rapeflower, radish leaves and stems, or others, based on availability.
