House Made Side Dishes


A set of side dishes that accompany Korean Dinner menu items. These are shared dishes for the table and may have reasonable refills. All of our banchan is made in-house. Our banchan dishes rotate often so only a few are usually always available.



Our Napa Cabbage Kimchi is made in house with Napa Cabbage, Korean Radish, green onions, fish sauce, garlic, salt, ginger, ground red chili peppers, and possibly a couple other seasonings. Almost always available.

Hobak Jeon


Our Hobak Jeon is made in house from fresh zucchini, eggs, salt, and green onions. Sometimes available.

Oi Jangajji

오이 장아찌

Made in house with fresh cucumbers, shredded carrot, garlic, salt, water, and vinegar. Almost always available.

Gyeran malyee

계란 말이

A Korean style rolled omelet made in house with eggs, green onion, carrot, garlic, and salt. Sometimes available.



Stir fried fishcake (flour and ground fish) with carrot, hot green chili pepper, salt, soy sauce, corn syrup/rice syrup and/or sugar/brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper. Usually available.

Oi Kimchi

오이 김치

Made in house with fresh cucumbers, green onion, red chili powder, garlic, salt, fish sauce, and Asian chives. Sometimes available.

Mu Jangajji

무 장아찌

Made in house with Korean radish, salt, water, vinegar, sugar, and garlic. Almost always available.

Gyeran Mandu

계란 만두            

Made in house with eggs, carrot, daengmyeon (sweet potato noodle), onion, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, and salt. Sometimes available.

Sukju Namul


Made in house with fresh Mung Bean Sprouts, chili pepper flakes, green onion, sesame oil, and salt. Sometimes available.



Made in house from a mix of vegetables (including cucumber, chayote, calabacita mexicana, onions, celery, garlic, jalapeno, and sometimes others), soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and water. Often available.



This radish kimchi is made in house from Korean Radish, red pepper powder, green onion, garlic, fish sauce, ginger, and salt. Occasionally available. 

Ojingeochae Muchim

오징어채 무침

This spice candied dried squid dish is made in house from dried squid strips, sugar/brown sugar and/or rice syrup, ground red chili pepper. salt, sesame oil, and garlic. Available a few times a year.

Twiggim (Yachae Twiggim)


Battered and Fried Vegetables. Made in house from assorted vegetables (may include any of; carrot, onion, green onion, zucchini, potato, cabbage, garlic, chives, and sometimes others). Available once or twice a year.

Gamja Saelleodeu

감자 샐러드         

Gamja Saelleodeu is a Korean riff on the American Potato Salad. Made in house from potatoes, apples, carrot, onion, garlic, egg, cucumber, and our own dressing. Sometimes available. 

Mumallaengi Muchim

무말랭이 무침

Spicy Seasoned Radish Strips. Made from fresh Korean radish (Mu) cut into strips and dried in-house.
Seasoned with red chili pepper powder, rice syrup, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil. Available a few times a year.

Dorajji Namul

도라지 나물

Made in house from Korean bellflower root, carrot, green onion, sesame seed, salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Available a few times a year.

Sukju Namul


Mung bean sprout salad is made in-house from fresh mung bean sprouts, green onion, sesame oil, salt, and sesame seed. A second version is made from mung bean sprouts, green onion, carrot, salt, and sesame seeds. Usually available. 

Gamja Bokkeum


Shredded stir fried potatoes made in house from potato, salt, carrot, and onion. Stir fried in soybean oil. Usually available.

Myeolchi Bokkeum


Stir fried Anchovy dish made from anchovies, rice or corn syrup, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, sesame seed, and crushed peanut, walnut, or pecan. Sometimes available.

Gyeran Jeon


Our Egg Pancake is made in house from  eggs, salt, carrot, onion, imitation crab, and green onions. Sometimes available.

Yeongeun Jorim


Candied lotus root made in house with sliced lotus root, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice or corn syrup, brown sugar, garlic,  water, and vinegar. Occasionally available.

Gamja Jorim


Our braised small potatoes are made in-house from fresh potatoes, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Sometimes available.

Yangnyeom Beulokolli

양념 브로콜리           

Made with fresh broccoli, sesame oil, salt, and toasted sesame seeds. Sometimes available.

Ueong Jorim

우엉 조림

Made from burdock root, soy sauce, rice syrup, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and sesame seed. Sometimes available.

Gochu Bokkeum

고추 볶음

Stir fried pepper dish made with shishito peppers, gochujang (chili pepper paste) green onion, garlic, and honey. Sometimes available.
